RETURN TO THE SELF

2020 - polaroid

This project is about my personal evolution. It is about my returning to my genuine self, creating a better relationship with the essence of who I am. For a while I was lost. I had forgotten what it meant for me to exist authentically. This series represents the various emotions that come with my returning - sadness, anger, and peace. It took time for me to connect back with myself - with who I was when I was little. Every day I get a little closer and the air I breathe gets a little fresher.
